Case Stiletto

Picked up this Case knife today at an estate sale. This configuration (knife plus sheath) is shown on Cole's Book 3, page 71. The sheath has four little holes but no cuts as shown, but is otherwise the same. The blade is bright and unsharpened beyond the factory sharpening. Handle is very tight. The sheath has been folded over as shown in the second and third pictures below. I went searching on the web for comparable sets, but the knives I found didn't have the same sheath. I have no real idea of the value as shown, so if anyone can enlighten me, I would appreciate it.

Sure looks like someone made at least two or likely more, of the same sheath inspired by the one for the V42. Interesting that both examples are married to a Case Stiletto.
