Dad tells me this was worn by the Instructors and Coaches at the Fort Benning Youth Activities Center where a wide variety of sports, including Football and Boxing were offered for children of military personnel. He tells me he has an old Benning Herald that actually shows it on the map and has a write up about it. I will post more info if he can find the Herald and if anyone has any interest.
