I would guess from the 30's....Post WW1 and pre-WW2....Bodes

WWII...the dual H&H/Imperial hallmark appeared circa 42-43

Applied maps looks to be an officers insignia 37 pattern(?) made during the war

Page 252 in Klie's EGA book shows the same emblem as a Officers Service Collar pattern 1937 emblem hallmarked with H-H and Imperial. The era is WW II 1937-1949.
