WWII, early war, US Navy Ships and Aircraft Guide

Picked this up at a flea market today. It's copyright is from 1941. Great photos of early war ships and aircraft, especially the Iowa Class battleship still being built.

 

The best part is the sailor signed his name on the inside cover, G. Berke, LST 4, 5

 

Any idea what something like this might be worth?
