Had fun at the show today. I was the guy wearing the WWII Navy Chief Service Dress Blue uniform.

David, I guess you're the guy that bought my WWII ammo can (unless there was another Navy guy in the building!).  Nice to meet you.

Nice Raleigh show this weekend. The crowd was not as big as it has been at other times but steady and it was easy to walk around and see things. Picked up some hard to find Viking 1/2 inch ribbons and a nice named Marine uniform that from what I know so far will have a very interesting history.

Had a great time at the show. Here is a picture of my small purchases from the weekend. Two helmets (A nice named 2 star helmet) and some nice wings. Met some good people. Overall a really great show!!

That was me. The can was my first WWII era, and I was happy it was in really great shape. Look forward to seeing you next time.

Thank you,

The helmet was named to General Arthur S. Collins, who was the commanding General for the 4th Infantry Div. 1965-1967. Really is a nice helmet. I am gonna start a separate thread in the helmet section tomorrow when I can take some more pictures.
