CROC Posted November 24, 2015 Share #2 Posted November 24, 2015 Hi Alvin Edward BURNS served in the USN as enlisted from feb 1947 and was promoted Ltjg on 1 may 1964 and Lt on 1 may 1966 and retired as Lcdr.
