Thanks, swivel front seem with od 7 straps but very clean, i imagine it was rarely used, my guess is late or post war.

Cold weather hat looks like 50's-60's Swedish Army to me. Are there holes in the front where the yellow and blue cockade was attached, maybe?

I'm pretty sure it's early US WW2 no wholes in it.

Thanks, its the cleanest of it's type in my collection.  I typically prefer salty but this one works too.

Green, no grey, similar to an enlisted class a material

Thanks for posting the winter cap and thanks to sabrejet for correct I.D. on this.  I dug mine out to see if it was the same.  Mine does not have the tag and the nose/mouth flap has been cut off mine.  I believe this is missing from yours also.  This must have been a common practice.  I will (try) to post a photo of mine.

Nice example, I'm really pleased with the ID as I had not seen one of these before acquiring this one.
