Eric Queen Posted August 18, 2015 Share #1 Posted August 18, 2015 My dad sent me a box of EGA's (50 or so) which should be arriving today. He was never a big collector of them but did put the ones he liked in a box as he found them. Most would have been obtained between 1970 and 1985. Most should be prior to WW2. I don't know much of anything about them either as I have never purchased an EGA in my life but said I would help him sell them as he just thinks he does not need to hang onto them any more. I may post some of them here to ask for your guys help with identification etc. Thanks in advance for the help. Eric

Eric Queen Posted August 19, 2015 Author Share #4 Posted August 19, 2015 Grabbed a hand full of cap emblems at random and took a couple pics. Will take me some time to go through all of it. There is an 1876 shako plate here also but I am sure it must be a Bannermann restrike.

Brig Posted August 19, 2015 Share #11 Posted August 19, 2015 Some real beauties in there. Love the bird in post 8 First couple examples are some great trenched examples (P1908 and P1896 respectively). Third is an early Gemsco officer pattern, P1904...thena WWII era P1937 H&H Imperial style, a nice pre-WWI pattern dress emblem (marked at all?) and finally an nice Ellis style
