Hello everyone. I've had these HBT pants for a while, and am not sure what pattern they may be. They have a correct looking size tag, and have 13 star buttons. They have two large front pockets.
1st pattern HBT pants had two rear pockets, a watch pocket, and two front pockets.
So I am curious what kind of pants I have here. Thanks.

Standard HBT Trousers with thigh pockets removed and modified with addition of two front pockets maybe?

Johan's got it right on. Your saw a lot of this kind of thing in Korea where the tailoring was cheap. The fatigue shirts started to come out in around 1949 but weren't always available so guys made do.

Thanks guys, the more I look at it the more I think that is the case. I can almost see on some spots where the outside thigh pockets once were.
