Leatherwringer Posted June 23, 2015 Share #1 Posted June 23, 2015 I just picked up this bayonet for my collection and am really impressed with the work the maker put into it. Damascus guard and buttcap with beautiful filework done on the spine! I have really never seen anything like it so I had to get it! the maker is CJ Deubel. what do you guys and gals think? sactroop Posted June 23, 2015 Share #3 Posted June 23, 2015 I usually don't find myself very drawn towards pieces that have been heavily customized, but when the work is like this, this is stunning. I'd love to see some details of the pommel too.

Bob Hudson Posted June 30, 2015 Share #10 Posted June 30, 2015 Any idea what the handle is made of. Looks like briar. Based on what's shown at the maker's website, I'd guess it's Desert Ironwood.
bayonetman Posted June 30, 2015 Share #11 Posted June 30, 2015 Apparently a modern custom knife, not military. Unless someone can show actual military use or that it was a bayonet, I will close this thread as it does not meet the requirements to be a military used knife.
