Being 6"X4.5" and having two belt loops on the back, it doesn't seem like a carlisle kit pouch, a little too big. It's 15- in mint condition so I may just grab it for a component for my Flea Market picking set up.il_570xN.756930954_bvdr.jpg

I think it's copy of M1942 carlisle bandage pouch, I seen some similar on eBay from China

Thought so at first but it's a little big for that at 4.5" deep?

It certainly is, marked Updike Awning Co. on the reverse with belt loops, $4.99 or [email protected] $40.00 on Ebay.
