This month has officially broken my record of most militaria in a month. This first lot all came out of the same estate sale. The Air Corps patches are unissued and very nice. I'm mostly a WWII collector but the uniform was cheap, so how could I refuse? However I have questions about it. What era would this be? And correct me if I'm wrong, but are the shirt and pants WWII? No QM tags by the way.

Grouping number two, also an estate sale snag. I can't wait to research this guy. I believe the pistol belt is WWI, but other than that it's all WWII.

The gem of the group. It's a Westinghouse with 1944-1945 suspension. I'll post it later in detail in the helmet liner section.

1944 or 1945.  They should be dated.

WWII shirt and pants? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

No.  They are most likely private purchase copies of the OG 107 fatigues adopted in 1952.

Grouping number three. Without a doubt this is the best type of birthday present a collector can get. There is some pretty substantial moth damage on a couple of the shirts and garrison caps, but it is nevertheless a great group. Along with the uniforms were a couple pictures, dogtags, and his I.D. cards. All-in-all a great research project!
