It is identified as a 1910 tunic on the posting, and is named to Jay M. Wright.

 

A pretty cool top no matter its date, I'd say!

I think the tunic and line art come from the 20s or 30s

Darrell is spot on....late 1920's to the late thirties...many of those images are found in scrap books from those years. Either the images are pulled directly from Leatherneck and from locally produced postcards.
