Help ID this 1930s era European Badge worn by General MaArthur

The badge is of an eagle or some other bird perched atop a (infantry?) horn.

I remember finding it on google years back, but i forgot the name, but it was maybe from Romania or Yugoslavia.

If your talking about the badge on above the right pocket, then it looks British? Let me check a reference book I have.

Didn't check out, as it looks like a Hunting Horn, thought it might of been for a British Light Infantry Regiment.

With the flame on top....looks like Italian Infantry...Regimental badge?
