Khe Sanh68 Posted January 24, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 24, 2015 Was wondering if Div. patches were sewn on HBT jackets. All photos that I had seen I do not see any patches.
David D Posted January 24, 2015 Share #2 Posted January 24, 2015 It was very rare for it to happen. The only unit that it was a standard thing for was the 4th ID on D-Day -Dave
patches Posted January 24, 2015 Share #3 Posted January 24, 2015 To add to what Infantryboy stated, as this would pertain to WWII, but afterwards starting little by little in the late 40s into the 50s to include the Korean War, yes, it became more and more common, this would include front line soldiers in combat in Korea itself.
