Got this shovel cover and after looking at some pictures im thinking it is a transitional cover.  What do you think?

It's probably one of the least transitional 1st pattern M43 E-Tool covers I've seen, to be honest...

 

Although an all-OD7 1st pattern cover (which this is) is much harder to find than a transitional one anyway.
