Japanese interment camp postcard?

I picked up this real photo postcard at the flea market today. It is unmailed and nothing is written on the reverse. It is an Agfa postcard which dates it to the 1930's or 1940's.

 

I think it MIGHT be one of the Japanese internment camps during WW2. Notice all the soft drink signs in Japanese (including Coke). Anybody have any other ideas? Anybody want to guess where it is?
