WWII_GI Posted December 17, 2014 Share #1 Posted December 17, 2014 This one showed up at my door today and I'm pretty excited to finally have it in hand. It is a USMC type 1 first aid pouch, the snaps are correct and marked CARR FAST. CO. PAT. 13. It has some stains and the back eyelets are tearing, one is almost torn off and the other has just one small hole. Thanks for looking -Steven
