I am working on a book on the various home front flags of WWI & WWII, to include the Army - Navy E production award flags and associated bits, and I have not come across any ribbons like that! I would assume not many were issued except to VIPs and most were discarded. ( I would love to possibly include that if I can get a hi-res scan from you - PM me) Thanks!
