mhk Posted November 17, 2014 Share #1 Posted November 17, 2014 I recently purchased this from ebay (seller is also here on forum) When i bought this I had a feeling that this jacket could be quite easy to track because not so common name for a US soldier. 3 days ago i mailed to Stephen Sherman and showed picture of jacket and close pic from size tag where was 4 digits stenciled. A day later i got reply that for digits actually was 4 last digits of this soldier's ASN... So here comes the problem. Stephen also said when Mr. Bayer received his CIB, he was SP5. So i turned jacket upside down and noticed that there has been SP5 rank before but someone have added SP4 ranks later. All insignia has been on jacket forever except SP4 ranks, should i leave it like it's now or remove SP4 ranks? Mikko Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
