vintageproductions Posted November 16, 2014 Share #4 Posted November 16, 2014 It's a tough one to find and there are other great patches that seller has in the group.

Jeff Williams Posted November 19, 2014 Share #6 Posted November 19, 2014 Nice gun platoon patch, as right as rain as they say. It is unusual to see this patch outside a pocket hanger. I am curious to what "group" Bob referred to. I am looking for 3 patches from this unit, all from the 1st lift platoon, Call-signs were the Skypilots, Snoopys and Fly United with 2 "Loving geese". Any leads?? Jeff
vintageproductions Posted November 19, 2014 Share #7 Posted November 19, 2014 Jeff, here is the Ebay auction http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-COLLECTION-VIETNAM-WAR-PATCHES-ESTATE-/181583747920?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2047675.l2557&nma=true&si=h%252Bykxxp3i%252BIpGZ6ndHWTaejdE7Q%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc It was stopped and re-listed with a $300.00 buy-it-now. Good buy considering there is about 2K worth of patches in that grouping.

billkelsey Posted May 19, 2018 Share #12 Posted May 19, 2018 This was my dad's Zippo. He almost killed me when I cleaned the Vietnam dirt out of it to make it usable. He also had a silk scarf but we can't find it.
