Here's my addition.  Relative worked at the Pearl harbor Navy Yard after the war broke out, and his son gave me this as well as a silver ring with the same insignia as the patch, an "E" for excellence and a letter.  The other part of the grouping relates to his brother-in-law who was killed in September, 1944 with the 2nd Armored, and can eb seen here:

Two new ones. I remember when I walked into Vintage Productions and Bob said that there was about a dozen different ones. I am up to about 40 and I think there are maybe 100 different variations.

These two patches are from Fort Kamehameha, Hawaii.  PFC F.J. Stewart of Company B 55th Coastal Artillery was posted there 1936 & was in Europe in WWII. 

 

Both are large felt patches most likely for a jacket or sweater.
