jgawne Posted October 27, 2014 Share #1 Posted October 27, 2014 This has been one of my all time favorite WW2 infantry memoirs, and if you can find a copy it is generally about $100.So after a long time of tracing and working with the family I have finally gotten an Ebook version up for sale on Amazon. While I do suggest you read it all the way through for the first time, what I have done is link sections to the 121st Inf Regt After Action reports, So you can jump from a section right to what the Regtl HQ thought was going on. In places they are a bit different. It covers Paul Boesch's time as a HMG platoon leader to rifle company commander, from DInard near St. Malo, to Brest, the Crozon, and then the Hurtgen.http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OU7NUXS

268th C.A. Posted January 27, 2015 Share #7 Posted January 27, 2015 I have read some on the battle. Very bad. My 2nd cousin was KIA there, Silver Star recipient. (listed below) I don't know much about him. Looks like a good book.
