sactroop Posted October 16, 2014 Share #4 Posted October 16, 2014 Welcome aboard camillus! I was where you are now in 1974 when I picked up my first Jet Pilots Knife. I wasn't considering collecting at that time as much as I just always liked knives. Well I can tell you your in trouble now. And these are just the jPSK's. Enjoy your new affliction, there is no cure.
doyler Posted October 16, 2014 Share #5 Posted October 16, 2014 You are now an official JPK collector Is yours dated on the pommel? Some of the first 5inchers were not dated on the pommels

bayonetman Posted October 16, 2014 Share #7 Posted October 16, 2014 Mike, check your email for more information. JPK knives marked on the blade were made until 1967 when the marking was moved to a pommel flat, so you need an earlier sheath without the metal tip.
