patches Posted October 13, 2014 Share #1 Posted October 13, 2014 Seen these DIs there worn by what must be Infantry AIT Grads circa 1966-68, don't know what they are. Clearly not for a TOE Infantry unit, either a Training Brigade NCBU DI or Training post NCBU DI?. All are in the LIFE Magazine artical of June 27 1969. As seen on. patches Posted October 24, 2014 Author Share #2 Posted October 24, 2014 Do believe I found this DI, found really by accident by crusing Fort Polk and Fort Polk Vietnam AIT alumi, and Fort Polk AIT Vietnam KIAs. A Fort Polk Training Brigade DI, not sure yet, might be the same design for all it's Training Brigades, just having a different number for each different brigade.
