thorin6 Posted October 13, 2014 Share #1 Posted October 13, 2014 I was organizing and putting things away to day, and pulled this out. I picked it up several years (maybe more than 5) ago at a gun show, and haven't really done much with it. It came with a leather sheath; I found a beat up metal scabbard at a later date. The attaching strap on the sheath is kind of neat; when you grab the knife to pull it out, your thumb sits right on the part of the strap next to the snap. A flick of the thumb, and the strap is released allowing removal of the knive without an extra effort. The knive has been re-tipped and is about 3/16-inch shorter than it should be, but it retains about 40% of it's blackened finish.

militariaone Posted October 13, 2014 Share #7 Posted October 13, 2014 Greetings Thorin6, Looks like the exact same type of scabbard as seen below, but "modified". Pictures are from here http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=447341478#PIC. Based upon the hyperlinked knife's asking price, it should be viewable for quite some time. Regards,Lance
