Robswashashore Posted September 11, 2014 Share #1 Posted September 11, 2014 Latest addition to the Cold War Wing of my basement New England Air Museum. The 44th Air Transport Squadron was part of the 1610th ATG of the Northeast Air Command. Stationed at Grenier AFB in New Hampshire from 1953-1955, they flew the C54 Skymaster. gwb123 Posted September 15, 2014 Share #7 Posted September 15, 2014 Excellent job on the markings. Isn't if funny how they have MATS on the wing rather than USAF? And yet they have US military markings on the wings. It makes you wonder what the thinking was behind that.
