First what is the airplane in the photo and about what year? Next what is the insignia on her hat and what branch of service is she in? An last but not least who is this beautiful babe?

Not sure what type f aircraft.The rank looks like ROTC 1st LT.

ROTC 1LT was my guess also. And maybe a F86 Sabre?

She could also be a Civil Air Patrol cadet 1st lieutenant. They also used these types of ranks.

After thinking about this, I think CAP might be the correct answer:

 

"Women began joining Air Force ROTC nationally in 1970."
