You can see a few of the soldiers on the front row holding berets with the flash in question. The third photo shows the tab and shoulder sleeve insignia combination worn by the soldier shown in Post # 11. There is some evidence as suggested earlier in this topic that Company O members wore the blue bordered oval with white stars, but at least at one point they appear to have worn the generic oval for the 75th Infantry shown here.
