Do you mean larger ASMIC shows

So what was your guy's opinion of the show. I have only been to the ASMIC meeting in Bellflower once, and didnt know what to expect from this show. I was expecting more, however, the quality of the items seemed to be superb. Are there larger shows elsewhere?

I mean not to offend, I had a good time and I would have driven the distance just to see the WW1 USMC displays in the back.

This was my first ASMIC show and I loved it. If you're into patches and the history they represent, you have to make at least one of these shows.

Do you mean larger ASMIC shows? That, I don't know. But if you want to see a larger show and more general militaria, you can't go wrong attending SoS. Tons more tables and lots more stuff. Plenty of insignia there, too.

But I thought this show was well organized and since it was mainly about insignia, I thought it was the right size.

I really enjoyed myself and I'm glad I went.

I wish I could have made it to the show. I heard it was awesome. Was there any UNPFK or UNPIK items for sale at the show?

Ha HA!
It's Monday in Japan, and I needed something "from the old country" to smile about!

I saw some UNPIK patches for sure. I don't recall seeing uniforms or photos though.

If you look in one of the above pics posted by Nuts, I think that's an UNPIK patch on the right side of one of the side-by-side displays.

I have been looking for an original Vietnamese made ERDL cover for years.
I missed one Vintage Productions had a few years ago because I tire kicked but found one at the show.
This made my 200 odd mile drive beyond worthwhile and am very happy to score this little piece for my camouflage collection.
