ka bar Posted July 29, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 29, 2014 Hello. I read recently that a Confederate monitor once was in port in Melbourne during the Civil War. Why it was stationed there, I have no idea. I also read on line that there were some Australians who fought along side the Confederates Could anyone shed some more light on this for me?
