Dr_rambow Posted July 29, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 29, 2014 Usually I'm pretty good with collar discs, but the anti-rotation disc on the back of this one seems off to me. Particularly in the area around the screw post. If I see one with a square base I know I'm good. If I see certain "humps" around the base, I know it's bad. This is neither? what really gets me is the thick, coat of paint/finish, which looks odd. Also, the characters seem to have been applied, rather than struck with the branch insignia (the "C" is obviously crooked). Am I crazy and this is a good one or should I be suspicious? 1SG_1st_Cav Posted July 29, 2014 Share #3 Posted July 29, 2014 It is a good one. There are many of those that have letters applied to generic Regimental discs. It is not unusual. Danny
Dr_rambow Posted July 29, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted July 29, 2014 Great! I was confident in the uniform it came with, I just was a little uneasy about the hardware.
