Which date was created the Bazooka M1A1 ?

It is hard to give the M1A1 an actual 'birth date'. The weapon was the result of research that began in 1918 (done by Robert Goddard). The M1 was developed by Skinner and Uhl and adopted in June 1942. From here, it evolved into the A1. There's some discussion, but most sources state the M1A1 was adopted during June-July 1943.

The M1 bazooka with fire box at the back were converted to a M1A1 spec to fire the more reliable rockets than the original which had a contact band on the outside of the rocket. Apparently these fell off and were unreliable during combat.
