No hardcover the cost to the reader was to high.

Thank for your purchase, I hope I gave you a better understanding of the this wonderful but much misunderstood medal.

A new collector can fine a world of collecting in the Victory Medal.

Just got today, very very detailed, loads of great fotos and the explainative narrative is extensive in describing all aspects of the medal and it's clasps and devices, great job Johnny.

I have just got my copy from amazon an hour ago. It looks pretty great. My question is how the heck can it be sold at that price if it is printed through createspace?

I am giving a thumbs up for this book. In short, if you collect WW1 medals, or have even a passing interest in victory medals of the world you pretty much have to get it. I really cannot think of any WW1 victory medal subject it doesn't cover. From the paperwork used to request and ship the medals, to breakdowns of the different variations of medals (not just US but of all the nations), fakes, bars, boxes, you name it. I'm very happy with it. One thing I was worried about was how the color would reproduce, but it is fine. And in truth the price is actually lower than I would expect for a book of this size and quality.
