gliderrider401 Posted April 18, 2014 Share #1 Posted April 18, 2014 I came across 4 amazing WWII painted A2 jackets that a friend has. Thought I'd post some pics before they're gone, as he's selling all of them. Enjoy.

gliderrider401 Posted April 18, 2014 Author Share #6 Posted April 18, 2014 Thanks. From the estate of a looooong time collector and former forum member who passed unexpectedly. These A2s are out of my wheelhouse, so I'll have to do some checking on specifics. I believe of few of these were pictured in a book on A2s. gliderrider401 Posted April 18, 2014 Author Share #7 Posted April 18, 2014 The A2 with "Skip" on the front belonged to S.W. Jensen. This is pictured on page 116 of the Maguire and Conway book. It says, "Aircraft markings indicate a B-17 of the 331st B Sq., 94th Bomb Group. Jensen was a Bombardier with the 331st, 332nd and 410th.
