Kilroy56 Posted April 13, 2014 Share #1 Posted April 13, 2014 Hello, Needless to say I am not familiar with headgear..Could this one be legit? Your Thoughts are welcome. Thank you, D.
MattS Posted April 13, 2014 Share #2 Posted April 13, 2014 Looks like it is, and in excellent shape. The only thing that jumps out at me is the size tag being over the sweatband and not under, that's unusual. Any maker's markings at all?

Kilroy56 Posted April 13, 2014 Author Share #5 Posted April 13, 2014 Thanks a lot. Surprisingly, no marking at all apart from the size tag. BR, D.
MattS Posted April 13, 2014 Share #6 Posted April 13, 2014 Hard to tell if the visor is a true crusher (thin one-ply leather) or thicker (please don't crack it trying to bend it!), but it has a great "crushed" look anyway!
Kilroy56 Posted April 13, 2014 Author Share #7 Posted April 13, 2014 Being of a thin soft one ply leather construction it appears to be a true crusher. The red lining doesn't seem very common. Any idea about the maker? Thank you, D.
MattS Posted April 13, 2014 Share #8 Posted April 13, 2014 Very nice, a true crusher! The red lining along with the way the sweatband is sewn in (where the band is sewn in inside-out and the leather is folded over to the inside) is making me think it's foreign made, English or Aussie maybe?
