Help! Looking for V Corps patch "in action" pic

I have searched high and low, including the 64 pages of the "patches in action" thread and cannot find a picture of the V Corps patch being worn on or around D-Day. The few pictures I've seen of MG Gerow show him is shirtsleeve order, no patch. If anyone has a picture I can use for a small "patches of D-Day" display this summer I would be most grateful.
