Part of my group from a 506th vet that jumped at D Day and wounded at Bastogne. (I don't know why the pictures are like this)

82nd Airborne Division veteran of North Africa, Sicily, Italy, Normandy, Holland, Korea, Vietnam. He landed behind Utah beach on D-Day in a glider with the 80th AAA and secured the town of Sainte Mere Eglise. He was awarded the bronze star for his heroism. He was WIA during Operation Market Garden. More info here:
