Mitch Posted February 14, 2014 Share #1 Posted February 14, 2014 Hi , I have this nice leather patch off an A-2 jacket. It has a guy (Knight) on a horse chasing the devil with a 91 on his shield. It is in pretty good condition and named but I could not find an image for it. I don't know if it is a fighter, bomber, pursuit squadron etc. patch or its lineage. Any help appreciated as this is not in my normal collecting field. Regards, Mitch

Mitch Posted February 14, 2014 Author Share #5 Posted February 14, 2014 Thanks for the link Firefighter. It looks like the design came from the 91st Aero Sq. in WW1 . The " Demon Chaser's " were redesignated 10 times from 1942-1950. Now I just need to try and nail it down to which one specifically. mortaydc60 Posted February 15, 2014 Share #7 Posted February 15, 2014 Pretty sure that in WW2 it was a Recon Sq. Mort
