Military history fest, (formerly known as re-enactorfest) This is really a fun show to do, a kind of timeline event, with everything there from Romans to Revolutionary War, To WW1 and WW2 and modern Re-enactors and just all kinds of history enthusiasts!

Last year among the displays there was even a full scale diorama of a 1700s NY coastal battery, and  WW1 trench with a simulated gas attack!

It is in the dead of winter, so its very cool that the hotel houses the show, the seminars, a few restaurants, a couple bars, even two pools including an indoor/outdoor one! Nothing like being snowed on when you are in a heated pool! (Did I mention there were bars?) so it is a one stop shop!

Hard to convey what fun and different kind of show experience this one is! Vehicles, a dance, the most hilarious game of historical jeopardy I ever saw.

If you go be sure and stop by and say hi! We will have 4 tables of helmets, gear, medals, and the like! Hope to see you there!!
