82nd Aviation Battalion Plaque and 18th Airborne Corps 129th Avn Co Plaques

The following two plaques were presented upon completion of assignments with the 129th Aviation Company (Aslt Hel) 18th Airborne Corps, and with the Gun Platoon, 82nd Aviation Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division.

The 129th plaque depicts the unit patch which is unique in Aviation units in that its the only patch authorized that incorporates the American flag. The inscription reads Cpt Terryl R. Morris 5 Jan 76 - 1 Aug 77.

 

The second plaque was presented upon completion of my assignment as Commander of the Gun Platoon 82nd Aviation Battalion. The inscription simply reads Cpt Terry L. Morris 1 Aug 77 - 1 Nov 78.
