Picked up this pair of DUIs, came with "domed nickle early Mechanized Cavalry" collar brass...not in my WW2 Order of Battle or US Army Heraldic Crests books...and a quick search turned up nothing....

Thanks in advance.....

The double Meyer hallmark(Im guessing (9M in the one shield) also dates these to the 50s and with the silver/nickle domed collar discs its a set worn in the 50s

Let me add to and ammend this-
