ItemCo16527 Posted April 17, 2008 Share #2 Posted April 17, 2008 Hi All can anyone tell me what the top two rows of ribbons are for and what time period thanks brian Top row from left to right: Europe-Africa-Middle East service with 2 battle stars, WWI Victory with 2 battle stars, and Mexican Border Service. This bar is upside down though Second row from left to right: Order of Leopold II Degree of Officer (Belgium), don't know, Croix de Guerre with Palm (France), and the Order of the Oak Crown degree of (Grand Officer?) (Luxembourg) They both look like they're World War II vintage. Very nice bars, if you ever get bored with them, let me know
JBFloyd Posted April 17, 2008 Share #3 Posted April 17, 2008 The second ribbon in the second row looks like the French Order of Social Merit.
