"GREETINGS & SALUTATIONS!" Someone went to the Naval Museum at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C., took this picture and for the life of me, I do not know the ship or the naval officer in the framed photographs, can you identify the man or the ship, please? Could be the Baltimore (AC-3) or the Philadelphia (AC-4)....the photo of the ADM says Winfield Scott Schley (He did command the Baltimore in 1891 during the Chile crisis).
