Rare Enlistment Tin Sign - WWI or earlier?

Have any of you seen this sign before or can give any info on it? I will try to post a picture...

I'm guessing it's from around 1908 to 1916 or so and came from Sacramento. Enjoy!

That's a great sign. Looking at the helmet the soldier is wearing, Great Britain started issue the Brodie helmet in the fall of 1915. The US adopted it as the M1917, so I would say that your sign is not older than 1917.

Scott,

 

The soldier is wearing a WW1 era uniform. Dating this sign from 1917 to 1926 when the lapel collar uniform was standardized.

it does look like a recruiting sign from downtown Sacramento, I know the area well, I remember they had a recruiting station in the old post office building on I street just a couple blocks away from the WWI era recruiting office on K street.
