I've come across 4 of these over the summer. They are WWI, but most were sold as surplus after the war and neer used. They go for around $50 in near mint condition.

I've seen sets on here not sell for $25.

A lot of these went to the Boy Scouts.

A four-flag set with case like that just sold for $102 on ebay, but you can also find them going for under $50.
