Navy Dan Posted March 18, 2008 Share #1 Posted March 18, 2008 Just picked this up at an antique show.It is a WW I Victory medal rim engraved Oscar S Nissen PH mate 3c it is also engraved on the front March 11 1918 on the left and July 2 1919 on the right. BKW BKW, I have only seen one other one years ago that came with a second nic and both where rim engraved to a LT..But missed out on getting them swift kick in the pants now.
