checkit Posted March 15, 2008 Share #1 Posted March 15, 2008 Picked up an ID bracelet with name and ASN which I assume to be WW2 era or maybe early postwar. Didin't realize unitl I got it home that the ASN seems a little shy on numbers. The bracelet reads Thomas William Barnard 725-03-25. What is the siginificance of this "stubby" number? StevenL Posted March 15, 2008 Share #2 Posted March 15, 2008 It sounds like you've got an ID bracelet from a Navy man. 725-03-25 is the proper Navy format. I'd love to see some photos of it!
