Here is a portrait photo and assorted paperwork relating to Captain and later Major Edmund "Ed" L. Richards of the 3rd Battalion, 1st Regiment, Texas Volunteer Infantry. Richards was from Blanco County, Texas and served during the occupation of Cuba following the Spanish American War.

Nice Picture with document to back it up. It is always great when you have the name and history of the soldier in the photo. Thanks For Posting!
