Handwritten Field notes after battle of Sanananda

A while back I posted a few items from a scrapbook I acquired which was owned by Lt. Harold A. Graves of Co. D 163rd Infantry, 41st. Division. In that scrapbook is a carbon copy of a list of all the supplies used to lay barb wire in the battles up to and including Sananada on New Guinea in Jan. 1943. On the back of that is a handwritten list in pencil. Apparently Lt. Graves wrote this list of things that needed his attention. Thye list is weakly written so I have increased the contrast to make it easier to see.

Here is a transcription of what I think it says. Some of it is too garbled to read, but hopefully I have guessed correctly.
